Founded as East of Eden Ltd. in Santa Cruz, we recognized a need in Trinidad & Tobago's construction industry for higher quality building materials. From the start, we committed to sourcing and supplying products that would raise industry standards.

We stock a comprehensive range including porcelain tiles, ceramic tiles, and natural stone from Europe's leading manufacturers. Our collection includes floor tiles, wall tiles, large-format tiles, mosaics, and specialty tiles for pools and outdoor areas.

What's the difference between porcelain and ceramic tiles?

Porcelain tiles are denser and more water-resistant, making them ideal for high-traffic areas and outdoor use. Ceramic tiles are more affordable and easier to cut, perfect for walls and light-traffic floors. Our team can help you choose the right option for your specific project.

Do you offer installation services?

We don't install ourselves, but we can recommend trusted professionals throughout Trinidad & Tobago who know our products inside and out. We're happy to facilitate introductions.

Can I visit your showroom without an appointment?

Absolutely! Our Maraval showroom is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. Walk-ins are always welcome. For larger projects, we recommend booking a consultation to ensure a team member can dedicate proper time to your needs.

Do you deliver across Trinidad & Tobago?

Yes! We deliver island-wide. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Delivery fees vary by location and order size—large orders often qualify for free delivery. Contact us for a custom quote.

What brands do you stock?

We partner with premium European manufacturers including Living Ceramics, WOW Design, STN Ceramica, and Refin from Italy and Spain. For installation materials, we carry Kerakoll adhesives and Doga finishing systems.

How do I choose the right tile for my bathroom?

For bathrooms, we recommend slip-resistant tiles with a matte or textured finish for floors, and consider porcelain for better water resistance. Visit our showroom to see samples and get personalized recommendations based on your bathroom size, style, and budget.

What grout colors are available?

We offer an extensive range of grout colors from Kerakoll, including classic whites and grays, earth tones, and designer options. We can help you choose a grout that either blends with your tiles or creates a striking contrast.
